I would disconnect it from the network, and reboot. If things come up and working, it MIGHT be the network driver. If you can connect with a wire without your router for a test, and it works, your router may have some issues.

You could go back to a restore point 'back when' it was working OK.

Make sure and run some malware checking in addition to virus software and do 'deep' and 'full' scans on your machine. You might find something 'unexpected'.

A program similar to CCleaner might help.
