Is having a crazy stalker enough proof for infidelity?
As far as I am concerned, I am ready to leave my husband of 6 years. He swears up and down and even swore on his life that he didn't cheat, but this crazy chick kept bothering me. She has sent me text messages on my phone, calling me names and being disrespectful. She even said that my husband never loved me and that I got married "just to get married." What?! Anyways, she has gone as far as going on my husband's facebook page(he no longer has it), but I took pics of if when he did have it.. She went on his page, pretending to be him. She even changed his settings on his page so that no one can send him friend request, she changed his relationship status to "in a relationship", chose Valentine's Day as the anniversary date(he didn't know her in 2011) and added a family member on his page, naming it "widower". Now if that is not crazy, I don't know what is. But on her facebook page, she has single as her status. Anyways, she is nothing but trouble and this has torn our marriage apart. I don't have pictures of him being intimate with her. I don't have proof of messages that he sent her(if he did). She sent me random pics of him alone but I don't want to go to court just to be told that I have no proof of infidelity. What do I do? This chick is psycho if you ask me. He told me to ignore her and that she and his mother is trying to break us up, but how can you ignore someone as crazy as that if they keep harassing you? I am ready to snap. Help!
My husband has confronted that person many times, especially in front of me and told her not to do what she is doing. He told her that she knows that they are not together and to leave us alone. His mother even told him to choose between me and her. He told her that he chose me and she cut him off. I don't even know how I became a topic in her conversation, but this is a mess. I just want it to stop. I have reported it to law enforcement but since this person is in another country, I am SOL.
