How to ask a girl out?

Hey I'm 15 year old dude too. I've only had 1 girlfriend, no kiss, one hand holding, but a few cuddles. So I'm not a expert of anything. Id say just do it. Call her on the phone and say, hey --name-- , I like you and I was wondering if you would be my girlfriend? Or something like that. Don't be afraid. She's probably just as nervous as you are if not more. I hope this helped, I doubt it did, but I tried.
