Ok, from the info you've provided it sounds like there are two possibilities to what is going on. She is definitely stepping over her boundaries with her boyfriend with you. If she's been in a relationship with a guy for 4 years she shouldn't be so flirty with you. It's not faithful to her boyfriend. Buuuuuut this may just be because she feels really safe with you. So her boundaries with you are practically off limits. Has she always been this flirty with you? Or only recently? If it's only been more recently then it's very likely she likes you.
