How to get targeted instagram followers?

Hi there! My IG is @quadbros and I am in aerial video and am looking to get followers who are interested in the same. I don't want to buy any or get random lowlife. I want real followers who are REAlly interested in what I'm posting and will like my posts. I am posting once a day for now and after this first week I will be posting every other day at the most, people don't want too many things in there feed unless there very interesting so I don't want to spam. I am getting users with 10k followers to follow me but I don't know how I could get them to give me a shoutout. Let me know any tips for insta. I also don't belive in excessive hashtagging or anything like that. Also I know the other thing is to like many photos but I'm not super into that either. Let me know tips and everything
