It won't have any material affect on taxes, aside from the fact that Facebook marketing is basically free which could increase profits and therefore the business' tax liability.
How you advertise generally isn't going to affect nexus for sales tax purposes. Even in states that are testing the waters with the "affiliate nexus" concept (which I think will eventually fail) you are not the one paying the taxes, your customers are. Ads |
