whats limited internet mean?
My friend has what he calls and says is "Limited internet" where he can only download a certain amount of things (like ex. 20 GB). He says his internet speed is fine but he has limited internet.


Can anyone explain this to me how u can have a cap on how much you can download?
He says it why he can't download games from anywhere
