What is the good SEO tactics?
Hi, what is the good SEO tactics for a website in below
1. Updating the site with new posts
2. Updating the same posts with fresh content

I have a static site, and working or targeting for limited pages, when ever i update the page, getting good ranking and traffic.should I update the same page or placing new pages and updating is the good option. and WHY.

Hint : If new posts also cant update them new, since need changes for the same pages.

How will search engines treat these two type of pages
