Wireless Router Laptop Internet Connection Problem...?

Hmmm....well I have the same router and the situation is almost similar to the one I have.
Well, when I got myself the wireless connection, I too couldn't get my Vista enabled laptop to get connected to the internet. So, I tried various combinations, checked the config settings again and again, but couldn't really solve the problem.
Finally, I thought that may be my anti-virus could be conflicting with the internet connection, hence I disabled my preloaded Symantec Antivirus.

Then, I tried connecting and Eureka!!! I could surf through the net without any problems! So, for me, the solution was disabling the antivirus that time!
If nothing's working for you, then you may very well try this.
I think, that this could well be the real cause...
