It's good that you don't call or text but now you need to stop stalking him on facebook and checking his page. You need to concern yourself with your life and what is going on around you. If you feel like talking will help you, then talk to some of your friends. If you aren't ready to talk, then don't. Cry. Letting out your emotions is a big release and it's healthy. But don't go so far as to never get out of bed or stop eating. And if you have friends that know him, you need to ask them not to tell you anything about what he is doing. Hearing about what he is doing, is only going to upset you even more. You need to cut him out of your life, pretty much, until you are at a point to where you won't hurt anymore when you hear anything about him. Don't hang out with him, don't FB stalk him, don't call, don't text. Cut him out of your life and concern yourself with you. Making you happy is the most important thing right now.
