It was extremely disrespectful for her to put the photo on FB after you asked her not to.

Why did she do it? Why is she so hostile that she wanted to humiliate you by posting a picture of you in your underwear? Or is she just flaky and thoughtless?

I'm guessing this incident was a symptom of something else going on.
