What's up with this girl?

This girl in my class has been twisting things I've said to her and a few people have fallen out with me. SO be it if they want to believe her but whatever. I know this because some have came and said to me what she's said (this was after I was getting adverse reactions from others without doing anything)

Anyway I posted a tweet on twitter a week or so ago and today she replied to it. She doesn't follow me and I don't follow her. I didn't even know she had twitter. What's her deal?
Oh she deleted the reply at some point but I still have the email
