Why is my CPU usage so high?

One of the gooGlenn processes that may be running is Google update. I'd go to config, type it in run or search, then select start up tab. Untik Google update from the list but nothing else unless you know what you're doing. Then click apply. Then restart your PC. When your PC starts you will get a warning message, just click don't show this again and load your game. See if that helps
