Why is my CPU usage so high?

Hi,

Sometimes unwanted software's run behind and thus create such troubles. What operating system are you using? Secondly, right click on the system tray and see for the option of start task manager. Click on it and you will see what programs using the CPU to the max. Don't end those programs over there. But instead go to control panel and delete them and then restart your system. I think this might make the system performance good.
