google chrome is not opening at all.?

Once clicked on the Google Chrome shortcut, the go to Task Manager processes and check if google chrome is shown there.
If not there might be a problem with the Google Chrome shortcut. Right click on it and check the execution path is correct or not. Correct it if found wrong.

Another alternative is simply uninstall and re-install the latest Google Chrome version.
