Well, Google analytics the best tool to track your SEO related improvements since you can track how exactly users land on your page and through which keywords etc, accordingly you can refine your keywords and content to divert users to appropriate content and move up in search rankings. Let me know if you need more details since I have tried and tested SEO through analytics.
