i have heard that mensteral cups are great, is this true, and would you recemend them?
so i dont want to wear tampons, because my mom has had TSS(i know i might not get it, but it still scares me) and i have summer camp, and i want to be able to swim, (dont tell me to use tampons, because my mom doesn't want me to) would you recemend a menstral cup(only people who have tried them please),
P.S- i am a begginer with periods, have only had 1 of them so far, also i dont like pads
