internet browser connecting problems to certain sights?

number of browsers has nothing to do with this "Universal Master doesn't know about anything!". check you DNS number and make sure your settings is the same as the ISP "internet service provider" wants them to be. you can call your ISP technical support to double check this as sometimes they just change things that needed you to do some tweaking to your settings as well.

Also, If you have a firewall try disable it and see if sites will open after that. sometimes after internet security software updates, things messed up because of that update.

if everything failed try rebooting in a safe mode with network enabled, and see of you can access the sites. if yes, then it is something with your windows. if no, then it is 100% your ISP even if they tried to say it is not us!
