ebay problem with seller?
i purchased an item on friday 12/28 which is supposed to be shipped within 3 business days. i paid with paypal. the seller marked it paid but didnt ship it. i emailed him twice with no response. he has 100% positive selling feedback. what should i do since he is not responding?
i tried using the contact information but his number is not legit. the contact number i got for the seller is busy all the time.
