The blowing up when you brought a concern to her was not okay and shows to me that she's hiding something. Otherwise, some people like to keep their relationship private. I don't tag my husband in a lot of things, or post many pics of him either. Same with my sister, but it doesn't mean we don't love our men.
If facebook is causing that kind of problems for you guys then maybe facebook needs to go.
