Why do so many Marines say not to join...?
I've noticed that most of the negative comments on the Marines' facebook page are from Marines themselves. They say not to join and go to college instead, and that it's nothing like what you thought you when you hit the fleet. What's the fleet? I'm still going to join, but just curious why so many Marines post negative things like that.
I've heard college isn't all it's cracked up to be either, so...
