This is silly :L just be like 'its alright lol did you have a good Christmas? Smile what year/grade are you in again?' (Even though you know probably it won't seem like you're his stalker) after rhat judt keep it flowibg, if hes good talker he'll hopefully respond with questions as well, wgich you can follow the conversation on from, and then after the holdys srart saying hi to him in rhe corridors... BUT DONT BE CLINGY... ie if he does one word answers or always lets you intiate the conversation dont always reply. good luck!
