is there is any difference between no follow and do follow?

Basically, no follow links are backlinks that lead to your site and are NOT indexed by Google and other search engines.

Meanwhile, DO follow links direct to your site are ones that are indexed by by Google and they actually play a role in SEO.

Simply put:

Do follow links - helps your SEO
No follow links - a non-factor
