You did the right thing to create a backup - it looks like AML reg cleaner cleaned up some left over registry keys perhaps from some driver software that was not properly uninstalled in the past or from malware. Rather than hunting around for registry keys to add to an ignore list, try a more reliable registry cleaner such as the one included in Comodo System cleaner
free here http://system-cleaner.comodo.com/ it already has a comprehensive ignore list that safeguards internet explorer, network and instant messaging protocols so your internet connection won't break accidentally; in addition, it identifies entries too dangerous to delete. By default (in options) Comodo creates a registry backup before cleaning.
