You know what to do, break up with her. She's probably going to break up with you anyway. You won't let this go, and she obviously isn't happy with you. There's no point in dragging out the inevitable, end it and move on.

In the future, don't play stupid games. Testing your partner is immature and disrespectful. If you didn't think she was faithful you should have confronted her, and then just broken up if you couldn't take her at her word.
