How do I be friends with my ex-friend again and what should I say to her?

Because I was an introvert...(ok I'm not sure if I am an extrovert) I was attached to this friend in second grade. She was great back then. I felt good when I was with her. I feel like I need her and she brings light to my life. The bad news was that she was a heartless person who never cared about me. She treated me in a cruel way. So I argued with her. I was away from her 2 years. She poked me on fb.
so I chatted with her and she didn't care to chat or say sorry to me. So I made fun of her. I trolled her so hard she got mad and she said she never wants to see me again and wants to rip my head off. She blocked me. and 1 year passed. We see each other but she ignores me. Before I leave to america I want to make peace with her and be her friend again. She can be my future friend.

Another female friend of mine said I can send her a message on fb. But I wonder what should I say to her? I don't want enemies in life. That's unhealthy if you ask me. Dear people on YA give a suitable message for me to send her. Something that is friendly and can convince her it's good to be friends again.
