What's the problem ? He fancy you , he likes you , and he is afraid maybe to ask you out ( maybe not afraid of you , maybe afraid of few things more like his parents or ... ) but he rubs his leg ... Im a guy he likes you a lot too that he wants to be closer and closer and closer ... Facebook comments ( it doesnt need explanations ) and talking for hours , being funny , late night talks and idk if he doesnt ask you out ... U can do that ( he may like that ) and if u re afraid of that ... Mmm try to play or act as if you bf /gf look at his reactions and if he will play it well ... You ll know his real intentions ...
