How do I quit being insecure with my bf?
My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year but we just had a break a couple weeks ago because we had been doing the same things all the time. Now we're getting better and he has made it clear that I'm the one he wants to be with. But I have this habit of checking my phone to see if he messaged me and I do the same on Facebook. How do I stop this? I don't want to do that anymore it's really annoying but it's kind of a habit
