I don't know what to do help?!?!?

I constantly get told by other no one likes your or that's why you have no freinds but I am unsure if they are serious or not. With the group I hang out with I am an easy target and often have people take the piss out of me. I have tried standing up for myself a few times but it has not worked. I am failing at school and when I go home I am isolated from the outside world I often find myself screaming at my Xbox and getting upset. No one ever talks to me on social websites like Facebook and some people often ignore. I have been told before that people don't like me and that they just put up with me. I don't know what to do anymore I feel useless and isolated from everyone else and I'm sick of my life.
