They are bullying you by making you feel isolated and alone. If they carry on you should tell someone because they have no right. Just try to ignore them as much as you can and I'm sure you do have loads friends so keep telling yourself how wrong they are.
If you're current friends aren't making yourself feel good about yourself try making new friends, talk to people who seem nice and actually care about you.
