Sounds like you need your wireless drivers. If you can connect to the Web via ether net cable just download them from the manufacturers site. Also make sure your keyboard doesn&#x27;t have a wifi on&#x2F;off switch. If you see a wifi symbol on one of the keys hold the function (FN) key and tap the wireless keyboard key once.
