Can I text on the computer without an internet connection?
So, my mom hates it when i stay up late texting or being on the computer so she turns off the wireless internet connection so i cant use the computer and she limits my texting so i cant text past 10 PM.

Is there a program i can download to my computer that will let me text other cell phones without having to have an internet connection?
