The internet in my dorm is timed to go off at 7 PM/how to change?

Not unless you could gain physical access to the router/modem which provides your dorm with internet.Maybe try and poke around in 192.168.0.1. Cracking the password shouldn't be difficult. Then you can see if the settings in there change anything. What you'd probably find is that the router/modem is being physically shut-down at 7pm. If that is the case, then it will be kind've impossible to turn it back on without anyone noticing, unless again you have physical access, and brilliant social engineering skills.

If you are worried that you cannot do work past 7pm them download all the webpages you need before it shuts off. Or go to an internet café. Some of those places stay open 24/7
