How to clean my laptop of malware/viruses?

PUP entries in a log are Potentially Unwanted Programs
Not necessarily harmful - but obviously you don't want them on your system.
They have been added there by stuff you have downloaded.

If you used Malwarebytes you should have let MBAM delete the stuff it found - not just pop it into quarantine.

If you have 2 trojans as you say then you need expert help - which, with the best will in the world- you are not going to get here.

You could try running Malwarebytes in Safe Mode.
Switch on and constantly tap F8 about once per second ..... select Safe Mode with Networking from the list of options.

If you can access the internet open Malwarebytes and Update it ( important )
Run the scan in Safe Mode - even if you cannot update.

You really need expert advice.
Go here - http://www.freepchelp.co.uk/ - there are trained experts who will be able to advise further.
Post the two recent MBAM logs.
