Can third party printouts off a facebook page be admissible in court in michigan civil cases?
I am suing a business and they were given printouts off a facebook page, from a third party, similiar to mine but I cannot confirm it's my facebook and the business nor the person they got them from neither of them had access to my facebook page. The business is going to try to use these printouts in court.Are they admissible in general civil cases in Michigan?
