YES YHU REALLY DO! Reasons:
1.) She lied to you and she didnt tell you about the guy in the first place
2.) If it was just a friend she would've told you not caring
3.) Long distance doesnt work well so most likely he is more than a friend

Just keeping it real with you! Bt real talk you should probably talk to her about it though and discuss how you feel about the situation! Gud Luck Wit Dhat!
