HELP I'm a minor.. Was this 18 yr old hitting on me?

I'm a freshman, and am friends with this senior guy. I met his other senior friend.

They were talking:
New friend: How old are you
Me: 14. 15 in two weeks
New friend: *eyes widen: Isn't 15 the age of consent?
Old friend: I think it's 16, maybe 15 idk
New friend: I think it's 15
(They were smirking at each other)

Then his new friend wanted to follow me on instagram and my old friend was like, "OHHH are you going to ask her for her kik?"

The new guy laughed really hard at everything i said and touched my leg a lot. He has a girlfriend of 2 weeks, so ya know. His brother also randomly followed me the following day, which confuses me..
