For a bunch of free SEO tools you can try: http://www.webtoolhub.com/tools.aspx

For free keyword research or visitor tracking you can go for Google Webmaster Tools.

You can also try tools from SEOMoz or KeywordSpy (Paid)

All are good in one or the other way and you have to decide which one best suits you.
