My laptop is no longer loading the internet correctly, how do I fix it?

It is probably that Flash Player is corrupt. Proceed as follows ...

1 Download the flash removal tool from here ...

(see link about 1/3 down the page.

2 Run the removal tool.

3 Reboot the computer

4 Reinstall Flash Player from here ...
