What can I do to speed up a Time Warner Lite internet connection w/o having to increase my bill?
It has been cleaned and updated. Also I have Fastest Fox add on, and updated Mozilla. i used Ccleaner, Superantispyware, Malware Bytes, PC Matic, Wisecare 365 free, and Advanced System Care 7.

What else can i do?
