It's possible he doesn't want to move too fast or freak you out.
Also, maybe he's in no hurry anyway. You should take a deep breath and not worry about what will be. If you want to say Hi to him, say hi to him. Whether it be on FB or in person. Go for it.. he is your fb friend so I'm sure he'll say hi back Smile
