Are SEO (search engine optimization) strategies different for different countries ? if yes then what are it ?

SEO strategies are same for all the countries. But it can be differ for some region specific keywords like you are an event organizer in Sydney then you can more concentrate on region specific keywords( Event planner Sydney or Sydney event organizer).

You can do submission to the local sites of classifieds, directories which would be beneficial for you.
