If you dont know her in person then of course shes not gonna give you her number. Seriously being friends on fb isnt the same as having someone number. If you have her number you can call her up 24 7. You can sign her up to porn sites. You can sign her up for spam and god knows what else. You honestly do sound like a stalker.
And even if you do know her in person, I only give VERY close friends my number, not random weirdos.
