Are there people who are just plain lazy?

I am married to a woman that is sooooo slow to do EVERYTHING, she literally has two speeds very slow and stop. I'm not trying to be mean but it frustrates me, she doesn't work or take car of the house and has the kids or myself do practically everything for her. She's close to 400 pounds so I'm not sure if her weight has something to do with her not wanting to move that much or if it's because she's so damn lazy that she got so big. She is literally useless and if it wasn't for the fact that I can't trust that she'll take care of the kids properly since she's so lazy and useless I would have left a long time ago. So are there people who she have no desire to do squat but play facebook games all day? or is she mentally ill? She's been this way every since she's moved in with me 10 years ago.
