Well, the weight could definitely contribute. I'm sure at that size even standing up would take your breath away. Was she that fat when you got with her?
I'm actually really "lazy" as people call it, it's really a lack of motivation not actual laziness. A lot of things can take away a persons motivation or drive or energy. Weight is just one factor. Depression, mental illness, feeling useless and worthless; all those and more can make a person just want to lay in bed or on the couch all day, curled up in a bubble of stress free space. I'm also really slow, so slow that my friends call me "grandma" (I'm 30) but I'm usually moving slower because I'm focusing more on what's in my head than what I'm supposed to be doing. I know you might not want to hear this but I think if you (and your kids) try to show her that you love her and care about her and maybe even miss her actually doing stuff. And tell her, every time she has you do something that u do it coz u love her. Or leave |
