Does a demotion mean no more promotion?
I recently got demoted from crew leader to crew
My boss said it was a combination of a company violation and poor performance
I accepted the demotion and continue to work, i do my best to stay professional about it all. But i cant help but feel like i'm at a "Standstill" So my question is does a demotion mean an end to moving up again???? (Am i stuck?) THANK YOU, for your answers!!!!
