how long it would my freinds to download my video with bitorretnt,if it got only one seed?

It all depends on the upload speed capability of the seeder.... and, of course, the size of the file.

Home users generally have an upload speed about a tenth that of the "advertised" speed (which is the download speed). If you're the seeder and have an advertised connection speed of 10Mb/s.... you'll probably be uploading at 1 Mb/s. Now, that's bits - not bytes. An easy conversion to bits to bytes is to divide by 10 (while there are only 8 bits per byte, transmission overhead costs some time - and dividing by 10 is easier). So, you'll be uploading at a rate of 100 kilobytes per second. That means it would take 10 seconds to upload a megabyte, 6 megabytes per minute. Divide the size of the video (in megabytes) by 6, and about that's how many minutes it will take.
