How do i fix a broken heart? how do i move on i need advice?

So the first problem is that i broke up with my ex about 6-7 months ago and she has moved on and found a new man and every time i try to move on i get played or lead on which makes me miss my ex more and more because she genuinely loved me and i messed up by not caring for the relationship as i should of which ended the relationship i messed up and i guess i deserve what i got. now i am an emotional wreck especially after a certain situation that happened to me just recently.

So basically i met this girl very pretty very nice i met her a month after she got out of an engagement its been 2 months now since she broke up with her ex the way me and her talk are like if we truly really like each other she said she wanted to take it slow with me and that she really liked me and she delt with my crazy emotions but i found out she would still hang with her ex and she kinda lies a lot and after a while i guess she couldn't deal with my emotions and not to long ago she told me she thinks we both need our space and that she will always be there for me waiting but not right now because she has to figure out what she wants i just feel like her feelings for me where fake or something she says i still have a chance but shes not sure depending on her decision but she told me that she wanted me to see other people which made me feel even more like she didn't want me or something it hurt and my heart is broken what can i do who can i talk to?
