Your problem is that you keep looking for another girl in order to move on from the previous girl. I see my girlfriends do this constantly and I just shake my head.
JUST DO YOU. That's it! That's all it takes to forget about the past and be truly happy with yourself. And you cannot have a functional relationship with out being happy with yourself.
How can you just do you and be happy with yourself?
Write a list of things you want to change about yourself (reasonable, do-able) and work on that list. Find a hobby that will help you achieve one of those goals. For instance, say you wish you could fight. Go sign up for karate lessons. Find a hobby that will preoccupy free time that you would probably spend at home creeping one of these girls on Facebook or debating whether or not you should text her or even making and account on Plenty of Fish.
Do this list thing and you'll forget about all these bitches it no time!
