2 things are possible in this situation. either one, she is bisexual and really likes you, or two, she is lesbian and has a boyfriend as a cover-up. if it were a guy, id say yes he has a crush on you. since its a girl, its still possible that she has a crush on you. Some people would ignore it, and some people would ask if she were bi, straight, or lesbian. if you have any more questions about something i didnt cover or any questions in general, comment on this answer and id love to help you out.
